The reception is open every day 08:00 - 22:00.
Check-in from 16:00 onwards for all accommodation, or from 12:00 for the pitches.

The tourist tax must to be paid locally.

Check-out by 10:00 for all accommodation, or by 12:00 for the pitches.
If checking out later, payment will be required the evening before departure.

Refund of the penalty for stay cancellation also in case of cancellation due to positivity to the virus.

Pets are allowed throughout the village, except for the hu glamp Smart, the swimming pool area, sports areas and playgrounds.
If pets are brought to the accommodation, an additional payment is required at all accommodations for end-of-stay cleaning.
